What's in our cookies?
We use Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Mix, Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 mix, and Almond Flour as our Gluten free base.
Organic Butter, Organic Eggs and Pure Vanilla round out the dough!
Our cookies are made in a sanitized mixer, using utensils reserved solely for our Gluten Free cookies. They are then baked in an oven on their own - however the oven is used at different times for cookies that are not gluten free. We know everyone's tolerance and preference is different so explaining our process is the best way for us to be transparent about what we do so that you can make the best decision for your needs!
Gluten Free Varieties: Chocolate chip, Snickers Chocolate Chip, S'mores, Caramel Pretzel, Heath Bar Crunch, Chocolate Chip with Peanut Butter Cups or Chips, Walnut Chocolate Chip,
Cookies 'n Cream, Oatmeal Raisin & Butterscotch Oatmeal.
Please choose a minimum of 3 types per half dozen or dozen.
